i'll stand by you.

i never update this. that's probably because absolutely no one knows i have one of these. my life's been pretty boring since july. i was unable to attend school this semester because of financial aid problems. i am trying again for january. i am still unable to find a job, stupid economy. my friends and i ended the summer with a lot of weekend get togethers. since ashley would have to start teaching again and leslye was gonna have to go back up to school... we all got together as much as possible at the end of the summer. we had lots of fun.

those three pictures were all taken in august. i enjoyed the trip to edisto that day, but ashley, leslye and i all got stung by jellyfish. it was so crazy. i'd never been stung before. the junk hurt pretty bad. in late august; ashley c, ashley d, shakiya, nick, tc &i all went to the drive-in theater in beaufort. we saw "the ugly truth". it was the first time i'd ever been to a drive-in theater and i thought the whole thing was pretty awesome. it was pretty interesting getting six people to see from a backwards-facing suv... i'm surprised they let us keep the back up, but they did.

amber and i have been helping with the band a lot. ashley is one of the band directors... so she's there anyway. amber has become some kind of best friends with the catterton's, who run the booster club and souveniers... and i'm just a good old fashioned band dork with no life haha. but nontheless, marching season is in full gear and they're doing alright. they took home every award they could saturday at the hartsville competition... they won best drum major, best drumline, best horn line, best colorguard. won 4a, 3a&4a, &won the competition overall. sunday the children took a trip to ladson for cici's pizza and a movie. since amber and i are on the children's council, we went as chaperones. it was alright, but i would rather have gone to lunch with our friends that aren't on the children's council lol. i was soooo worn out. grandmother was in the hospital last wednesday though friday and that wore me out. i didn't sleep worth a crap and did nothing but worry, only to have weekend obligations once i was sure she was home and alright. i'm still tired... i'm always tired and i'm never really doing anything. it's 5am and i'm out. much love.
